Abstract
A new comprehensive methodology of global sensitivity analysis is applied on NEMA model. Besides the common objectives of global sensitivity analysis for ranking the importance of individul input factors, we also anayzed specifically about function modules in the model, hence we can get the information about the improtance and interactions of the physical processes attached to these modules. The result can be very helpful in the parameterization process and provide new biological insights and diagnosis for NEMA.
